The vehicle was manufactured to be used in two different ways: A) for use on public roads, with the standard configuration only bike with pedal assistance, without throttle knob and with electronic speed limiter set at 25 km/h (In compliance with EU law n.168/2013). B) for use in private areas, with throttle knob and without electronic speed limiter, 40 km/h.
